Doterra Essential Oil Certification Course Overview

This course will provide you with a clear and concise understanding of aromatherapy and how to confidently use Doterra essential oils safely and effectively. Students will learn how to use essential oils with this hands-on interactive curriculum. As an entry-level Doterra essential oil certification online course, no previous training is required. This Doterra essential oil certification program is open to all Doterra Wellness Advocates who want to learn more about aromatherapy.

A variety of topics will be covered concerning the many aspects of aromatherapy including essential oil botany, essential oil usage, and business ethics and practices. It will cover 20 essential oil profiles, history of aromatherapy, basic physiology (limbic system, lymphatic system, endocrine system, and the muscular system), methods of extraction, interaction on a physical and emotional level,  methods of application, carrier oils, production and quality of oils, blending techniques, safety and contraindications, methods of absorption, consultations, and communication skills, essential oil botany, business skills, and alternative medicine.
